This video was taken on a windy April afternoon when this little calf was about a minute old. Black Angus/Red Angus cross calves are spunky right from the start. I think he got his big ears from his mama!

Cook it Raw is a movement  connecting chefs with the land that produces the food they serve. Beautiful artistry and food, what a combination. It was a pleasure to host them at the ranch in 2015.
